By accessing or using the 277bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, a resident of Brazil, and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code. Acceptance of these terms is mandatory to use any 277bet service — without exception.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to this document constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to periodically check whether the terms have been updated. 277bet will notify users of material changes by email and via in-platform notification at least seven days in advance.

To create an account on 277bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list at 277bet or in any other recognized exclusion program;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these terms;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of a 277bet employee or of its technology and content providers.

Each user may hold only one account on the platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or a third party's, is considered a serious violation of these terms and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts and cancellation of any pending balances and bonuses.

The information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, CPF, address, email, and phone number — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. The 277bet may request supporting documents at any time to verify the user's identity.

277bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. With 2FA active, even if someone obtains your password, additional access is blocked.

Your account balance is personal and non-transferable. Transferring balances between different users' accounts is not permitted, nor is using your account to operate on behalf of third parties. Any indication of collective or commercial use of an account may result in immediate suspension.

To request a withdrawal, the user's account must be fully verified, including email, phone number, CPF confirmation, and identity document submission when required. Withdrawals sent to bank accounts not registered in the 277bet account holder's name will be automatically declined.

277bet reserves the right to hold or review withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering through betting, or any violation of these terms. During the review, the user will be notified, and the maximum resolution period is 5 business days.

A 277bet offers Sports Betting across more than 500 tournaments, with a spotlight on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Sul-Americana — as well as the Premier League, Champions League, UFC/MMA, NBB, volleyball (Superliga and VNL), tennis, and e-sports.

Core rules that apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bets may only be placed by logged-in users with a verified account and sufficient balance;
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the cash out feature is available and active;
• Bets placed after an event has started are considered live bets and are subject to live betting rules;
• If an event is canceled or postponed, all bets are refunded to the available balance;
• Obvious odds errors — such as values clearly outside standard market ranges — may be voided by 277bet, with a full refund issued for all affected bets;
• The minimum stake for a single bet is R$ 1.00, and the maximum varies by event and market, as shown on the platform.

For parlay (combo) bets, the resulting odds are the product of all selections. If any selection is canceled due to postponement, it is removed from the slip and the remaining selections stay valid. The bet is only lost if a selection is genuinely incorrect in the final result.

• Temporary Break — suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with no reason required;

277bet prohibits the use of the platform by anyone who recognizes they have a gambling problem and recommends seeking professional support in such cases. Activation of any responsible gambling tool is processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the period defined by the user.

A 277bet employs automated systems and human review to detect irregular behavior. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, balance cancellation, and reports to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly;
• Using third-party information to open an account;
• Coordinated betting across different accounts to artificially secure outcomes (abusive arbitrage);
• Use of bots, automated software, or any mechanism that interferes with the platform's normal operation;
• Exploiting technical odds errors or system glitches for undue gain;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Any attempt to deceive the support or verification team using false documents or misleading information.
